About Us
The CHS Library is currently closed due to COVID19. When we are up and running we  open  from 7:45 am to 4:45 pm, Monday - Thursday during the school year. Friday's we close at 4:15.
Library cards are not issued to students. Students use their ID cards to check out books, magazines. ID cards are provided to students during registration via the District. Students are allowed to check out a total of five items. No food or drinks are permitted in the library. Student fines need to be paid in order to print in the library.

Mrs. Weaver-Guerra was a first grade teacher at Garcia Elementary School and obtained her Master's as an Instructional Specialist and Master Technology Teacher.  She then  became certified as a Library Media Specialist.  She was the librarian at Deanna Davenport Elementary for a year and is now the Canutillo High School Librarian.
